The Dolphins played hard in a steady rainstorm by fell just a little short last night.  Joey Harrington started the game and completed only 7 of 15 passes for 42 yards.  Harrington was yanked at halftime and Cleo Lemon finished the game.  Lemon completed 11 of 16 passes for 104 yards with a TD.  Ronnie Brown returned from his broken hand and had a good game.  He carried the ball 18 times for 110 yards (6.1 ypc) and caught 3 passes for 15 yards.  Sammy Morris carried the ball 6 times for 14 yards (2.3 ypc) and caught 4 passes for 23 yards.  Randy McMichael had a solid game with 5 catches for 46 yards and a TD.

Zach Thomas led the Dolphins with 9 tackles as the Fins gave a solid defensive effort.  The Jets ran the ball 30 times for 95 yards (3.2 ypc).  The Jets completed 14 of 29 passes for 229 net yards passing.

The Dolphins fell to 6-9 on the season with this loss.
