Dolphins fans should be glad that Nick Saban has left town.  Maybe now they will have a good draft.  Here’s the breakdown of last April’s mess:

1st round pick FS Jason Allen has the look of a bust.  He played in all 16 games and made 20 tackles, had an interception and defensed a pass.

3rd round pick WR Derek Hagan has the look of a #3 or #4 receiver on a good football team.  He played in all 16 games and made 21 catches for 221 yards (10.5 avg) with 1 TD catch.

4th round pick OT Joe Toledo didn’t play one down as a rookie.

7th round pick DT Fred Evans played in 1 game and made 2 tackles.

The other two 7th round picks never saw the field.  DT Rodrique Wright is still with the team, but WR Devin Aromashodu didn’t even make the team.
