The Dolphins have signed free agent WR Ernest Wilford.  The 29-year old Wilford will give the Dolphins a big receiver that they’ve lacked as of late as he stands at 6′4″, 223 pounds.  Wilford played in 16 games last season with the Jaguars and he has caught 45 passes for 518 yards (11.5 avg) with 3 TD grabs.  Wilford has now played in 63 games in his NFL career and he has caught 141 passes for 1,994 yards (14.1 avg) with 14 TD grabs.  This was a nice signing for the Dolphins.
